About the Company: Join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consumer goods business that’s doing real Australia and the USA. This small but powerful business works as a middle person between suppliers and buyers to design, develop, and follow the critical path to meet deadlines across the innovative hard goods across categories including arts and crafts, licensed products, and home and lifestyle. About the Role: This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end product development role where you’ll work across concepting, sourcing, sampling, and launch. You’ll collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver products that excite customers and drive growth. Experience in product development is highly desirable, but we’re also open to candidates from brand management, buying, account management, or project management backgrounds within consumer goods, hard goods, or licensed product categories. Key Responsibilities Lead product development projects from concept to shelf Collaborate with suppliers, designers, and cross‑functional teams Manage critical paths, budgets, and quality standards Conduct market and trend research across arts, crafts, and lifestyle categories Support go‑to‑market strategies in Australia and the USA About You Experience in product development or related roles in consumer goods Strong communication skills internally, externally and with overseas suppliers Exposure to trend driven hard goods categories Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills Commercially minded with a passion for product and innovation Proactive, hands‑on, and thrives in a fast paced environment Why You’ll Love It Small but mighty team with lots of expansion.
