The Role: As a hands‑on Maintenance Team Member, you will support all aspects of planting and grounds maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in daily tasks. Carry out landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and general garden upkeep. Follow safety protocols and contribute to the safe execution of all tasks. Assist in diagnosing and treating plant deficiencies, pest issues, and diseases. Operate hand tools and machinery for various maintenance activities. Help manage irrigation systems, including basic programming and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of tasks and report on work progress as required. Skills & Attributes: 1+ year in landscape maintenance or a related role, with a passion for horticulture. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required. Commitment to safe work practices and environmental improvement. Friendly, approachable, and motivated to contribute to a productive workplace. Qualifications: Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or Horticulture (desirable). Construction White Card (mandatory).
