Sales & Inventory Coordinator

The Role We’re hiring a Sales & Inventory Coordinator to orchestrate the flow between sales, warehouse, and service operations ensuring processes are followed through accurately and on time. You’ll be the steady, reliable link between customers and our workshop: answering technical queries, preparing accurate quotes, coordinating work, and stepping in to support warehousing during busy periods. This role is for someone who enjoys: Customer interaction backed by technical credibility Coordinating people and processes Rolling up their sleeves to help when needed Customer Relationship Attention to Detail Autonomy Administrative Work Technical Expertise Responsibilities Assist warehouse operations when required Key Responsibilities Respond to enquiries with accurate, practical technical guidance Prepare quotations, follow up methodically, and convert to orders Maintain clear, professional communication and steady customer relationships Operations Coordination Orchestrate hand-offs between sales, warehouse, and service to keep jobs moving Ensure procedures are followed; monitor order accuracy and status updates Assist the warehouse during peak periods (receiving, picking/packing, dispatch) Inventory Management Ensureinventory iswell stocked and meets quality checks Coordinate purchasing and stock inwards with our long-term suppliers About You You’re steady, reliable, and detail-oriented. You like clear routines and take pride in doing things right the first time. Technical/mechanical background (valves, compressors, or similar equipment) Experience in sales support, operations coordination, or technical service Strong attention to detail; follows procedures and closes tasks fully Clear, professional communicator with customers and teammates Willing to be hands-on in the warehouse when needed Direct experience in valve/compressor/parts sales Familiarity withdrilling / resources industry Must Have Technical/mechanical background Experience in sales support, operations coordination or technical service Strong attention to detail; follows procedures and tasks closely Highly creative and autonomous Eagerness and ability to jump on the tools when required Nice to have Experience invalve/compressor servicing High proficiency in spoken and written English Familiarity withdrilling / resources industry What's great in the job?
