Technical Project Manager – Local Government ERP Program The Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technical streams within a local Government ERP Program, focusing on managing a team of skilled consultants, including systems integration, third‑party systems remediation, architecture, and cutover activities. This role ensures seamless integration between TechnologyOne modules and external Council systems, manages vendor relationships, and oversees technical readiness for go‑live phases. Create commercial Statements of Work with third‑party vendors for remediation as per the Remediation register resulting from the Discovery phase. Lead the design, build, and implementation of integrations between TechnologyOne ERP and various third‑party systems. Oversee remediation of legacy systems to ensure compatibility and compliance with ERP architecture. Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical SMEs to validate integration designs and data flows. Ensure adherence to security, performance, and compliance standards during integration activities. Working Conditions Part‑time (3 days a week) 6‑month contract with high potential to extend Office location – Melbourne Qualifications Proven experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably TechnologyOne in local government. Strong technical background in systems integration, APIs, and data migration. Solid experience in cutover planning and execution for complex ERP environments. Demonstrated ability to manage third‑party vendors and multi‑stream dependencies. Familiarity with SaaS environment management and ERP configuration principles.
