Your opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Day Shift Supervisor to join our team in Pakenham . This role is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Lead on‑line production team to achieve/exceed KPIs in safety, quality, productivity, and waste. Lead line troubleshooting and problem‑solving to return to operational standard. Monitoring and evaluating the operational performance of team members. A dedication to employee safety at all times and supporting employees to identify and implement OH&S improvements. Maintaining a high standard of GMP, hygiene, housekeeping and plant organisation. Actively support and participate in continuous improvement plans and strategies through team‑based engagement. Ensure employees complete compliance and operational training and skills development needs identified for SOPs / Work Instructions. To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes: Highly driven and motivated. Enjoy working in a fast paced, customer focused environment. Strong leadership, planning, organisational, time management and communication skills. Capable of functioning effectively both independently and as a member of a team. Experience in a similar role and level in a food manufacturing business and FMCG industry, as well as experience with ERP/MRP, is highly advantageous.
