About the role As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust and efficient test automation solutions within a hybrid business and technology team and across multiple products. This will see you identify opportunities for automation within software processes, design, build and execute tests using scripts to automatically test functionality, including networks, databases, and a range of software. You will also assist with software monitoring, using information from a range of sources to troubleshoot issues and enhance performance, and provide technical support across new and existing client integrations. You will play a key part in driving technical improvements, with the aim to drive an increase in quality and efficiency of our technical solutions and test automation practices. This role is available as a 12-month max-term/ full-time opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in test automation and system testing in a CI/CD environment. Experience with Automation tool set development in an Enterprise environment. Proficiency in testing across data pipelines, web UI, APIs, mobile, and cloud (Azure) solutions, applying a range of testing methodologies. Ability to use SQL to investigate data issues.
