Our client seeks a qualified Social Worker with proven experience in mental health and rehabilitation settings to provide on site psychosocial support and case management to patients and their families. THE ROLE Our client seeks a Social Worker who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients navigating mental health and rehabilitation journeys. We are looking for proven experience in mental health and rehabilitation settings to provide on site psychosocial support and case management to patients and their families. This is a key role within their multidisciplinary team, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to holistic recovery and wellbeing.
