Job Description Required The position requires the nominee to manage the business as whole and take control of all operational aspects such as product availability at all times, staff availability at adequate level all the time. Evaluate sales performance and the customer satisfaction. Rostering of employees weekly considering daily sales by matching with previous sales data. Monitor Inventory Level to determine the requirement of Stock in weekly manner. Inspect Product quality on a daily basis. Nominee must ensure all staff members comply with occupational health and safety (OH&S) standards. He must be able to provide training to staff members if and when required. Nominee must ensure that all food and health related legislative standards are met by the business. All insurances are in place and up to date such as public liability, workers compensation etc. The nominee is also required to deal with all customer complaints in an urgent basis. Ensuring the customer concerns and complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer. Nominee must ensure all bills for suppliers, utilities are paid in timely manner banking reconciliations are carried out in timely fashion. Also ensure all staff members have good understanding of business processes and they work as a team. Must be good at conflict resolution etc. Employee must make sure fresh food is stored, displayed and managed safely according to store policies.
