We supply delicious, quality, baked pastry and bread products to the hospitality and retail sectors 6 days a week. Main Duties Weighing, mixing, laminating and depositing ingredients Assisting in preparing various pastry and bakery products Frying cronuts Maintaining a clean and organised workspace Following strict food safety and quality standards Working collaboratively with a diverse team of experienced pastry cooks and assistants Skills & Attributes Physically fit and capable of repeatedly lifting up to 25kg Good English communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to follow recipes accurately Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Strong commitment to quality, consistency, and excellence Preferred (but not essential) Experience in a bakery, food manufacturing, or FMCG environment Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP principles Understanding of allergen management Culinary arts qualifications Join Our Team If you’re fit and strong, enthusiastic, hardworking, and ready to be part of a supportive and growing team, we’d love to hear from you.
