Job Overview Become part of the AAW team in an important hands‑on role helping to maintain the outside area of their shop. In this role you will pick up rubbish, sweep the surrounding area, remove cobwebs, pull out weeds, and flatten cardboard to keep the space clean and inviting. No prior experience is required, and full induction and on‑the‑job training will be provided, along with ongoing support. This long‑term volunteer position requires a commitment of 4 hours per week, which can be completed in one shift or spread over several days to suit your availability. The role is primarily performed alone and is ideal for anyone who enjoys working outdoors and keeping spaces tidy. The position is available to start ASAP.
