About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Team Assistant to provide administrative, project and financial reporting support to our engineering teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in office administration, financial processes, ideally within a technical, engineering, or consultancy environment. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role and be confident managing a variety of administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to engineering and management teams. Prepare and format reports, tenders, and technical documents. Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and financial tracking. Maintain document control systems and shared project files. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Coordinate meetings, events, and office resources. Handle confidential information with discretion. About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role ideally within the Engineering or construction industry. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Experience with management systems or ERP platforms - SharePoint. Experience with invoicing and financial administration. Experience managing a job costing system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, reliable, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with engineering terminology and project workflows (desirable). A motivated, driven, and reliable individual who can work well independently and as part of a team. Why Join Us?
