MC Local Driver - Sydney Based (AM Shift) GTS Freight Group (GTS), consisting of GTS Freight Management and G1 Logistics, is a privately owned, market leader in linehaul transport and logistics solutions, servicing a range of blue-chip companies nationally. The group has a fleet of over 120 prime movers, over 500 trailers and 30,000 sqm of warehousing. GTS has a strong reputation in the transport industry due to its focus on customer service, safety and compliance. We are currently seeking an experienced Sydney based MC Local Driver to join our team based at 16B Emporium Ave, Kemps Creek, NSW. 2178 for AM Shift starting at 5.00am - 3.00pm. Duties Daily vehicle checks and fitness for duty. Delivery of allocated freight to required locations as per customer timeslot. Load restraint as per National Load Restraint Guidelines. Refueling and cleanliness of allocated equipment. Promptly report any mechanical faults, delivery issues or delays. Qualifications & Attributes Hold a current Unrestricted / restricted MC license. At least 2 years MC linehaul experience. Reliable and enthusiastic. Clear communicator and must be punctual. Strong understanding and commitment to safety. Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) accreditation would be an advantage. Training and induction will be provided. Employment Criteria Full Medical and functional testing. Pre‑employment and random drug and alcohol testing. Full unlimited and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
