Facilities Coordinator Location: Sydney We are partnering with a well‑established organisation to appoint a Facilities Coordinator based in Sydney. This role plays an important part in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the workplace, ensuring facilities run smoothly and provide a safe, functional, and professional environment. About the role You’ll support facilities operations across the site, working closely with service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance, compliance, and workplace requirements are met. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating vendors and supporting administrative functions across facilities operations Managing maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining accurate records Monitoring and prioritising service tickets to meet response time expectations Assisting with office moves, relocations, and workspace reconfigurations Supporting monthly reporting and facilities‑related documentation About you This role would suit someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
