The Purpose: As the Member Engagement Coordinator, your role is to play a pivotal part in enhancing consultation and engagement with external stakeholders, responding to consistent feedback from members and the RBA. Day to day, you will focus on streamlining and coordinating engagement activities more efficiently. You will also play a key part in improving communication by proactively managing contact lists and selecting the most effective channels—email, survey, or meetings as well as working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to leverage insights to refine consultation, communication, and coordination strategies. The core accountabilities of the role will include: System and tool management to coordinate and ensure Contacts and Lists are maintained, used correctly and support and education provided the other broader business where needed. Member touchpoint management with survey creation and coordination. Member session and calendar coordination. Multilateral member communications. Acting as a key conduit on member consultation processes with internal stakeholders. On going process improvement engagements, member impact analysis and required reporting. The capabilities needed to be successful for this role are: 2+ years’ experience in a similar member engagement role or business administration and stakeholder management role. Broad knowledge of the payments technology or the financial industry sectors. Proven ability to manage, update, and audit contact and list databases. Experience generating reports and analysing data for stakeholder reporting and decision-making. Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external members; acting as liaison during consultations. Capable of tailoring messages for diverse member groups and internal stakeholders across multiple channels. Experienced in scheduling, planning, and managing logistics for member sessions, meetings, or workshops. Deep experience relating to balancing multiple priorities and deadlines across different areas (systems, communications, meetings).
