Overview Customer Service Consultant (Roadside & Towing) 23d ago, from Auto and General Insurance Location: Kawana, Sunshine Coast (in-office role). Responsibilities Focusing on first-call resolution, manage incoming calls from end-to-end Work collaboratively with the team, actively contributing to the team in a positive & engaging way Build highly effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Comply with all industry specific Acts, Codes and Regulations, as well as all company policies & procedures Manage towing and assistance requests calls, handling cases end-to-end Knowledge and Experience A passion or interest in motor vehicles Experience in a customer focused role with a genuine care for helping people Highly developed communication skills, adaptable, able to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment Ability to work in a call centre environment Demonstrated experience in identifying customer’s needs, clarifying information, and actioning suitable outcomes Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships & collaborate with others Clear role accountabilities and measures of success Be challenged and rewarded as you contribute to our business success Support and guidance as you grow in confidence in your new role Join in a variety of social and community activities Employee discounts on Car, Home, Travel Insurance, and Roadside Assistance Discounts across a broad range of providers, for example; gyms, stores, rental vehicles, and accommodation Income Protection Insurance provided to all employees About the Company Control Insurance Solutions values individual differences and believes in fostering an inclusive culture that creates a great place to work for all.
