Coordinator - Container Sales & Hire

This role will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the container sales and hire team. Key Accountabilities Maintain and report container stock levels to ensure accurate tracking and availability Ensure all equipment release requirements are met in a timely manner Maintain/update container purchase records and their status Complete invoicing and cost reporting tasks accurately and on schedule Assist in monitoring and reconciling hire and sales transactions in the system Respond to customer enquiries regarding container availability, pricing, and hire terms Support the sales team by preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and issuing confirmations Qualifications, Skills and Experience 2-4 years experience in container operations, logistics coordination or supply chain administration Exposure to shipping lines or container depot operations Proven background in customer service Experience in financial tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders and reconciliation Proficiency in MS Excel Clear and professional communication skills Time management and prioritization skills Supporting Equality DP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
