About the Role Seeking a Boarding Supervisor to join the Girls' Boarding House Team Provide pastoral care and support to students Join a passionate team and become a positive and professional role model. We are seeking a Boarding House Supervisor to join the Girls' Boarding House team to support the welfare, personal development and pastoral care of boarders. You will be a key member of the boarding community from Years 7-12, helping the students and parents through the school terms. About You / Qualifications You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following: A valid Driver's License Demonstrated experience in a similar role Self-motivation, flexibility, initiative and resourcefulness Well-developed communication skills and attention to detail The ability to establish good working relations with parents, staff and the School community Previous boarding supervision experience (highly desirable) All team members at CGS are required to have: Appropriate qualifications A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card A current National Police Check Full working rights within Australia.
