This particular store is highly service oriented.This is a pharmacy owner who does listen to her team and takes on board their feedback whilst offering an inclusive and supportive environment.Job SpecificationAs the Pharmacist In Charge you will be assisting in leading this very capable pharmacy team.This pharmacy provides many services including vaccinations, Medschecks, sleep apnoea testing, COPD training, Diabetes education, Pain Management.New Graduates are encouraged to apply as this is a wonderful opportunity to receive mentoring across all aspects of community pharmacy including retail management from the working partner who holds over 15years experience managing successful large retail pharmacies.Roster could be Tuesday to Saturday OR Tuesday to Friday then Tuesday to Sunday.Skills RequiredRegistration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA). An inclusive communication style that is effective in building relationship. A positive, collaborative attitude within the work place. Genuine passion for helping people attain their best health outcomes. Willingness and enthusiasm to be involved in professional services including vaccinations. All experience levels encouraged to apply, but particularly well suited to a newly registered pharmacist due to the level of mentorship that is available with this role.
