Business Development Manager - Fleet Solutions Business Development Manager – Fleet Solutions Help Australia’s fleets go electric Fleet operators are racing to decarbonise – and JET Charge is at the centre of it all. We’re Australia’s leading EV charging company, powering everything from corporate fleets to public networks. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to own and grow our presence in the fleet market. If you’ve worked with fleet operators, FMOs, or corporate mobility programs and know how to turn big plans into scalable solutions, this is where you can make a real impact. The Role This is a growth-focused position at the intersection of sales, solution design, and client success. You’ll be JET Charge’s specialist for fleet charging solutions, building our presence in the market and driving the transition for fleet operators. You will own the entire business development cycle: prospecting, shaping solutions, closing deals, and supporting long-term client success. What You'll Do Identify, develop, and secure opportunities with fleet operators, FMOs, leasing companies, OEMs, and large corporate fleets Create tailored EV charging proposals including hardware, software, and energy solutions Guide clients through electrification planning and scale pilot programs into long-term rollouts Lead commercial negotiations, build compelling business cases, and close B2B deals Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, and product teams to deliver successful projects. Manage pipeline, produce accurate sales forecasts, and provide market intelligence What We’re Looking For Proven business development or sales experience in fleet management, automotive, or energy – fleet operator experience is highly regarded Demonstrated success securing and growing B2B partnerships Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate infrastructure and technical solutions Excellent communicator with influencing skills at all levels Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven Passion for sustainability and transport decarbonisation Why Join Us?
