You will guide students through university systems and processes, helping them feel confident and supported throughout their journey. We’re seeking a confident communicator with strong customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll deliver accurate, timely, and well-documented advice across areas including course information, admissions, enrolment, fees, scholarships, and general administration.
