Associate Private Banker – Westpac Join Westpac as an Associate Private Banker in Melbourne, working full‑time to support our high‑net‑worth clients. You will partner closely with Private Bankers to manage day‑to‑day client needs, coordinate solutions, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standard of care our clients expect. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding client service and maintain exceptional care standards. Partner with Private Bankers to manage day‑to‑day client needs. Coordinate solutions across banking and lending products. Ensure every client interaction reflects the high standard of Westpac’s care. Qualifications A passion for delivering outstanding client service and building trusted relationships. Experience in banking, finance, or wealth management environments. Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive mindset. Confidence working with lending and consumer banking products. RG146 Tier 2 compliance. Mandarin language skills are highly desirable to support our diverse client base.
