Role Overview As a Senior Associate Private Bank Credit, you will be part of the Credit and Market Risk team, doubling down on customer obsession. Responsibilities Provide an independent and granular assessment of both Home and Business lending applications from a wide range of clients. Ensure that an acceptable level of risk is maintained and losses are kept to a minimum, routinely assessing funding applications within the delegated commitment authority. Undertake credit decisioning with a 2nd line credit Delegated Commitment Authority. Continually focus on improvement and refinement of policy, process, product and appetite. Provide constructive suggestions for change or improvement. Qualifications Banking / Credit Risk experience. Demonstrated experience in autonomously decisioning Home and Business lending applications within a delegated authority. Knowledge of business and economic issues, understanding of business operating cycles and industry knowledge and understanding.
