Our ambition: To be the #1 proposition for high-net-worths in Australia. About The Role Grow and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. Deliver exceptional service across banking, lending, and investment needs. Deliver our one-of-a-kind client value proposition. Build networks to attract new clients. Navigate compliance and regulatory frameworks. Collaborate with Private Wealth teams to unlock wealth creation strategies. About You Recent experience in a lending-focused role within Private Banking, Business Banking, Premier Banking or similar. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to maintain and grow referral networks. Expertise in consumer/residential lending, including complex lending and investments. A proven ability to develop trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients. A detailed understanding of the wealth landscape and its ability to unlock wealth creation strategies. Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or related field (desirable but not mandatory). RG146 accreditation (desirable, but not mandatory).
