Senior Social Worker – Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Location: Brackmills, NorthamptonContract: Permanent, Full Time Step into a pivotal role as a Senior Social Worker within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team, based at the Criminal Justice Centre in Brackmills, Northampton. Working alongside dedicated partners and Signs of Safety Champions, you’ll play a key role in shaping effective safeguarding responses and ensuring that every child’s voice is heard. What You Will Do: Lead on high‑quality casework decisions, ensuring timely and informed responses that prioritise child safety. Collaborate closely with multi‑agency partners to create a cohesive safeguarding approach. Oversee and supervise referral information, ensuring appropriate services and actions are initiated swiftly. Drive improvements in practice and outcomes for children, young people, and families. Work as part of an established MASH pod, consisting of three decision‑makers and four MASH officers, ensuring consistent workflows and shared decision‑making. Why Northampton?
