Product Manager, Business Lending

You will work within the Business Loan product team and be instrumental inhelping us deliver market leading experiences for our customers. Key responsibilities Champion the voice of small business customers ensuring our products effectively meet their needs. Execute on our product strategy and roadmap driving initiatives that achieve business outcomes. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities solve business problems and measure impact. Collaborate across a broad stakeholder network including distribution risk operations technology and compliance to deliver end-to-end solutions. Proactively manage product risk and ensure alignment with regulatory obligations and internal governance. Stay ahead of industry trends regulatory changes and emerging customer needs to inform product direction. What do I need Proven experience in product management within financial services or hands-on experience as a business banker. A strong understanding of small businesses their needs challenges and how lending solutions can support their growth. A curious mindset and a passion for solving complex problems with practical customer-focused solutions. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with broader strategic goals. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative approach to delivery. We welcome everyone no matter your age gender background or abilities.
