Business Development Manager – Finance & Lending Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and generating new business? We are seeking Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join a rapidly growing finance and lending organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely while expanding the company’s footprint across Sydney, Canberra, and Brisbane. About the Role As a BDM, you will: Identify and engage potential clients, including developers and real estate connections. Generate leads through proactive outreach and cold calling. Build strong relationships to drive business growth. Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and internal teams to convert opportunities into revenue. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales or business development (finance, lending, or mortgage broking experience highly regarded). Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. A self-motivated, hunter mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment. Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline. Why Join?
