We are a well-established construction group specialising in luxury residential and commercial developments. As we continue to expand, we are launching an innovative building materials trading finance platform designed to transform how the construction industry sources and funds materials. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive market growth, strengthen client relationships, and lead business expansion across both our construction operations and the new materials trading finance venture. About the Role This is a unique, multi-faceted role where you will: Introduce and sell building materials through our new trading finance platform, promoting tailored sourcing and funding solutions to clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry. Develop and nurture relationships with developers, builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Promote our construction capabilities and secure strategic partnerships. Work closely with suppliers and clients to align material supply solutions with project needs. Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention. Collaborate with internal teams to refine both construction and materials offerings to meet market demand. About You 3+ years of BDM experience in construction, building materials, or related finance sectors. Strong understanding of construction project cycles and procurement processes. Proven sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
