About the Role As the “My Dan’s” Loyalty Marketing Lead, you will champion the loyalty program, driving commercial and engaging activities to grow and retain the member base. You’ll work horizontally across the business, ensuring consistent program execution and providing key support to the marketing team. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end project management and execution of the loyalty trade plan calendar, coordinating all commercial and engaging activities across channels (in‑store/point‑of‑sale, email/lifecycle marketing, and digital media). Translate the overarching loyalty strategy into a clear, compelling customer value proposition (CVP) and quarterly trade plan calendar. Develop and execute new growth initiatives, from planning through post‑campaign review. Create creative briefs and communications for internal stakeholders and channel agencies to ensure clarity and consistency of the My Dan’s message. Oversee and govern the execution of offers capability, partnering closely with Customer Engagement and Product teams. Partner with Operations and Store Leadership to embed the loyalty program as a proactive commercial priority across the organisation. Lead strategic performance analysis, measuring loyalty KPIs and circulating key insights to inform future strategy. Manage external vendors and agency relationships to ensure high‑standard project delivery. Champion the loyalty programme and build awareness and consistency in execution across the business. Coordinate a regular operating rhythm with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery of actions and resolve misalignments. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in loyalty marketing or general marketing, ideally in retail or direct‑to‑consumer environments. Proven experience in end‑to‑end project management and execution. Foundational understanding of digital technologies and their use in creating customer experiences. Experience managing day‑to‑day operational tasks and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Highly organised, detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated capability in using and analysing customer data to inform campaign measurement. Benefits Flexible working in every sense.
