About the Role We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of capital and revenue projects across Australia and New Zealand This role ensures alignment with network plans, annual budgets, and investment commitments, while managing and reporting on M&C Capex and Revex across IM, CM, and CG categories. You'll provide strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team of consultants, engineers, and delivery partners, driving compliance with bp standards and regulatory requirements. A strong focus on operational risk, safety, and continuous improvement of design and construction standards is critical. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of annual revenue and capital expenditure plans, ensuring they align with network strategies and investment priorities. Supervise M&C Capital Program and F&D works across CG, CM, IM, and RC categories. Develop front-end-loading strategies and detailed project execution plans. Monitor timelines, costs, quality, and safety, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Build strong contractor and supplier partnerships with HSE&C and Procurement support.
