A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Dayforce Payroll Analyst to support a large organisation through a payroll system transition. This role will suit someone who is confident working in project environments, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong hands‑on Dayforce experience. About the Role You’ll be supporting the migration from Preceda to Dayforce, working across testing, data validation, parallel pay runs, process improvement and go‑live support. You’ll partner with payroll, HR, finance, IT and external vendors to ensure the transition runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Support payroll data migration and system configuration Assist with UAT including test case preparation, defect tracking and validation Run and reconcile parallel payrolls to ensure accuracy Identify manual processes and recommend automation opportunities Provide support during go‑live and hyper‑care periods Assist in developing training materials for payroll users Maintain accurate documentation across testing and process changes About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll analysis Dayforce experience is essential Strong understanding of payroll operations and legislation Confident with UAT, problem‑solving and troubleshooting High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Able to juggle competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment What’s on Offer Opportunity to be part of a major payroll transformation project Supportive working environment Hybrid working arrangement after onboarding Competitive daily rate Apply Now If you have strong Dayforce experience and are looking for your next payroll contract, we’d love to hear from you.
