AWS Professional Services Public Sector ANZ seeks a highly technical senior cloud architect specialized in Data Analytics and GenAI to collaborate with customers and partners, deriving business value from Data Analytics and GenAI services. Responsibilities include developing proof-of-concept projects, conducting technical workshops, and supporting complex projects focused on customer solutions such as batch and real-time data processing, driving data-driven decisions, and achieving customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Expertise: Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to help partners and customers learn and utilize AWS services such as AWS Glue, Amazon S3, DynamoDB, RDS, EMR, Kinesis, Redshift, Athena, Lake Formation, DataZone, SageMaker, Quicksight, and Bedrock. Solutions: Support pre-sales activities and deliver technical engagements, including participating in client visits, understanding requirements, creating proposals, and packaging data analytics services. Delivery: Manage projects demonstrating AWS services supporting distributed computing solutions, migration, modernization of existing data applications, and development of new data applications using AWS cloud services. Insights: Work with AWS engineering and support teams to communicate customer needs, provide feedback, and suggest new capabilities to simplify adoption and enhance value. Innovation: Explore bold possibilities with AI and Data Analytics to find innovative solutions that meet business needs. Qualifications Basic: 10+ years of technical specialist, design, and architecture experience 10+ years of experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis) 10+ years of consulting, designing, and implementing serverless distributed solutions Australian citizen with the ability to obtain security clearance Preferred: AWS Professional level certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
