We’re looking for a Creative Director who thrives at the intersection of strategy and creativity. In this role, you’ll lead the creative vision across campaigns that inspire real-world change—while also being hands-on in shaping ideas through, storytelling, design, copy, and production. You’ll guide and mentor a talented team of designers, animators, producers and collaborators, directing projects from the first spark of an idea through to polished delivery. You’ll pitch, present, and nurture client relationships with confidence, bringing concepts to life in ways that connect with audiences and achieve impact. A natural storyteller, you’ll balance big-picture thinking with practical execution—writing, presenting, mentoring, and directing with energy and purpose. This is a role for someone who is both visionary and grounded, who can translate insights into bold creative work, and who is ready to lead ideas that matter. This role comes with some outstanding benefits — it’s a four-day-a-week, fully remote role, with occasional travel required for production. Key responsibilities ·Lead the creative vision across campaigns, ensuring ideas are both strategically grounded and creatively bold. ·Be hands-on in shaping concepts through design, copywriting, and production. ·Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, animators, producers, and creative partners. ·Pitch, present, and articulate ideas with clarity and passion to clients and stakeholders. ·Translate behavioural insights and strategy into powerful creative that drives impact. ·Guide projects from initial concept through to final production, ensuring excellence at every stage. ·Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team. What We’re Looking For ·A proven creative leader with 7+ year’s experience in a senior creative role (Creative Director, Associate CD, or similar) within agency or in-house teams. ·Strong skills across concept development, design, copywriting, and production. ·We’re looking for someone with strong skills in emerging technologies, who can shape not only our creative output, but also our approach to emerging tools like AI—helping us adopt them in ways that fuel creative thinking, enhance our capabilities, and deepen the impact of our work. ·Strong skills in emerging technologies & AI. ·Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in pitching and nurturing client relationships. ·A natural storyteller who can inspire teams, mentor talent, and bring out the best in collaborators. ·Deep understanding of how creativity can shift behaviour, spark engagement, and deliver measurable impact. ·Ability to balance big-picture vision with hands-on craft and attention to detail. ·A collaborative spirit, curiosity, and drive to create meaningful, purposeful work.
