Whatyoulldo We are currently searching for a switched on Retail Manager to oversee our brand new Ramsay Pharmacy at Pindara Private Hospital . This position requiresa passionateindividual withanability to guide and lead others drive sales and meet KPIs. Coach and develop staff including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction. Maintain employee work direction including base rosteringtrainingand annual leave Create an empowering culture that enables the pharmacy and retail team to excel Whatyoullbring Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative procedural and medication safety principles Minimumof 2 years experience in a similar position Demonstrated commitment to customer service inventory control & continuous quality improvement. Experience ina retailpharmacy settingishighly desirable but not essential. Requirements Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months According to the role Ramsay Pharmacy may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
