Overview Pindara Private Hospital is seeking a dedicated and motivated Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our expanding Clinical Trials and Research Unit. Our team conducts a wide range of research studies, particularly in haematology and oncology, with plans to broaden our services to additional medical specialties across the hospital. Reporting to the Manager of the Clinical Trials and Research Unit, you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of allocated clinical trials in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing assigned trials from initiation to completion, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements, supporting participant recruitment and follow‑up, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee assigned clinical trials from initiation to completion. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinical investigators and hospital departments. Ensure all trial activities comply with study protocol, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Support participant engagement, including recruitment, screening, and follow‑up. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all trial‑related activities. Qualifications & Experience A degree qualification in Nursing, Allied Health, or a related research discipline. Experience in conducting clinical trials or clinical research, particularly in haematology or oncology (highly regarded). Proven ability to work effectively with busy clinical professionals and manage a dynamic, time‑sensitive workload. Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks. Knowledge of Australian legislation and guidelines related to human research ethics and governance (preferred but not essential).
