About the role: We have an opportunity for an SAP Integration Specialist to join the team and provide integration development and support our SAP systems. This is an exciting role whereby you will be responsible for identifying, designing and developing integration solutions that meet business objectives. This role will help drive out new integration patterns and work within a wider Medbank Enterprise system. There is no better time to join the SAP team here at Medibank as we have some big exciting changes happening across the business Key Responsibilities: Act as an SME in SAP Integration, being a contact point for the SAP team internally and the wider Enterprise integration team. Provide production support for Medibank systems and issue identification, analysis & resolution. Work with functional consultants and system analysts to develop and test production fixes. Perform testing of production fixes and SME support for triaging interface defects, applying SAP integration expertise to assist. Identify and document agreed changes to existing and proposed IT systems to support the new or amended processes. Develop a clear understanding of existing SAP systems to assess the impact of proposed changes. Adhere to SAP team standards, including documentation and delivery standards. Knowledge sharing within the SAP team and wider enterprise integration team, enhancing the SAP integration understanding. Train & guide other resources to become effective members of the SAP integration team as required. About you Expertise in SAP PI integration. Extensive experience with SAP Integration Suite - SAP CPI – Integrations Experience with SAP Integration Suite - API Management and Migration assessment Expertise with graphical mapping, Udfs, XSLT & Java Mapping. Expertise in Groovy Scripting, Java & XSLT programming Good understanding of connectivity protocols (HTTPS, SFTP, OData, SOAP, REST, RFC, IDoc) Experience with adapters (FILE, IDOC, IDOC) will be regarded. Demonstrated ability in solution design of interfaces in a complex environment. Experience with basic BTP admin activities. Any exposure to Event Driven Architecture is highly regarded. Strong understanding of security concepts for Cloud based integrations. Experience working on implementing various A2A, B2B & B2G scenarios using SAP integration suite. SAP ABAP development skills preferred but not essential. Demonstrated capability to work with a range of different contractors, vendors and stakeholders. Great communicator with an ability to explain high level technical concepts. Any experience in private health insurance is highly regarded.
