The roleThe People and Culture Officer is responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of our P&C operations nationally.Providing broad exposure, this role supports recruitment and onboarding, annual calendar activities and learning and development administration.We are looking for a candidate with excellent organisational skills who has worked in a high-volume environment, attention to detail, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Experience or qualifications in HR or Recruitment would support an easy transition.We nurture careers and actively offer development and progression opportunities.The role is based in

in our new office in the CBD.What the role involves:Recruitment and OnboardingDeliver essentialpre-employment and onboarding functions, enabling efficient and compliant processing of new employeesProvide excellent customer service to candidates, new employees and a range of internal stakeholdersRaise and process employee contract variationsP&C Administration and CoordinationSupport annual P&C cycle activities such as our remuneration review, , recognition program,Assist with scaled projects and initiatives such as our employee benefits offeringLearning and DevelopmentMaintain and update training records within the learning management system (LMS) including tracking employee progress, ensuring accurate completion data and managing any changes or additions to training content.Generate reports on training completions supporting the evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs.Serve as the primary contact for any questions related to the Learning Management System.
