Reporting to the Chief People Officer, The People & Culture Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at MyBudget.You will excel in communication and empathy and be able to connect with P&C team members and employees at all levels fostering a positive workplace culture that is driven by our values, high achievement and a mission to help all our clients.This multifaceted role requires a motivated individual with a deep understanding of day-to-day HR operations, you will be commercially focused with a passion for people and a commitment to building strong, positive relationships with our diverse team.Responsibilities:Employee Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters.Conduct regular check-ins with team members to promote open communication and address any concerns proactively and respectfully.Remuneration and Rewards:Bring your expertise in remuneration review projects to drive equitable and competitive compensation strategies. You’ll play a crucial role in running annual salary review projects to ensure we remain competitive in the market, aligning our reward systems with company values and business objectives while fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce.Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:Support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Working with the Global Talent Lead, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, build strong relationships with hiring leaders, and ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects our company’s values and culture and secures the best talent.Employee Recognition Programs:Design and implement employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and contributions aligned with MyBudgets values. Foster a culture of appreciation through regular acknowledgment of individual and team accomplishments.Wellness and Mental Health Initiatives:Design and implement programmes that support our employees’ well-being, creating a positive and supportive workplace culture that enhances overall productivity and job satisfaction where our employees are happy and our clients get best possible service levelsTalent Management:Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to identify key talent needs and contribute to the recruitment and onboarding processes.Work closely with department leaders to assess talent development opportunities and implement strategies for career progression.Performance Management:Guide team members and managers in the performance management process, offering support on goal setting, performance evaluations, and the creation of personalised development plans. Provide coaching and feedback to ensure a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.Policy Development and Compliance:Stay informed on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring that MyBudget's policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant. Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to address HR-related legal matters in a timely and effective manner.Diversity and Inclusion:Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values and celebrates differences.
