We have the largest Gaming floor on the Coast with over 400 machines which creates plenty of scope to put your own flavour on the inner workings. You’ll be: Leading from the front, bringing energy, guidance, and leadership to the team. Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing a team of people is a must A seasoned professional who knows what it takes to create a great customer experience that drives connection and loyalty with our members and guests. You love a chat with members and have a knack for remembering the small details about them. After all it’s our team that keep our members coming back to us. Focussed on creating a safe and welcoming environment for our customers to enjoy themselves. Therefore, an understanding of the legislations related to our industry are important. Progressive in your way of thinking, always on the look out for new products, creating ideas for special events or promotions, and thinking of ways to evolve our gaming operations and drive loyalty. In other words, you’re an expert in our industry. Not afraid to work late nights or weekends.
