Human Resources Consultant Serco, Murdoch, Western Australia, Australia – permanent, full‑time (Hybrid: 4 office / 1 WFH) Salary: $94,174.86 + super (negotiable based on experience) Location: Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch, Perth Responsibilities Provide high‑quality HR advisory services in a healthcare setting. Support Fiona Stanley Hospital employees and leaders by interpreting and advising on five industrial instruments. Advise and execute position management processes including creation and reclassification. Assist in change management processes and conduct permanency reviews. Apply numerous HR policies and procedures and oversee fitness‑for‑work processes. Advise on the resolution of simple grievance and performance management processes. Participate in organisation‑wide projects and initiatives. Serve a portfolio of approximately 3,000 employees and maintain compliance with standards and KPIs. Qualifications & Skills Demonstrated HR experience (HR administration, HR officer, or HR consultant). Strong customer‑service focus and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency in technology; quick adaptation to multiple new systems. Flexible, pragmatic problem‑solving abilities. Eagerness to learn and coachability. Resilience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. High attention to detail balanced against speed. Strong motivation and determination to achieve outcomes.
