Talent is seeking experienced HR Business Partners to join a large, fast-paced organisation in Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven HR professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about stakeholder engagement, change management, and delivering people-focused solutions. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and operational managers to design and implement HR strategies that enable effective business performance. You'll act as a trusted partner, providing expert advice across the employee life‑cycle, driving cultural initiatives, and supporting organisational transformation projects. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to provide proactive, business‑focused HR advice and support. Lead case management processes, including performance, conduct, and grievance matters. Lead your portfolio and team to success with the support of Advisers and Administrators. Design and implement change management initiatives that align with organisational goals. Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and capability development strategies. Coach and mentor line managers to build leadership capability and foster a positive work culture. Drive HR projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Ensure HR practices comply with legislation, company policy, and best‑practice standards. About You You're a motivated and adaptable HR professional who brings a balance of strategic insight and hands‑on delivery. You're comfortable managing ambiguity and thrive on building relationships that drive positive outcomes. You bring energy, initiative, and a people‑first approach to everything you do. Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR Consultant or Senior HR Consultant role, ideally within a large and complex organisation. Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manage competing priorities. Solid case management and change management experience. Strong problem‑solving, coaching, and influencing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a pragmatic and collaborative approach. Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous and dynamic environments. Local Western Australia HR experience (minimum 1 year). Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
