About the job Export Control Manager (NV1 Defence) About The Role: This role is within the CASG environment working in IC3 SPO. The candidate will, on behalf of the Export Control Manager, facilitate and maintain the approval of Defence and industry access to advanced military communications technology principally sourced through the United States Foreign Military Sales program, in support of IC3 SPO projects. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement legislation and policy relevant to Defence Projects, preferably ITAR and FMS. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in actively managing key stakeholder expectations and requirements. Ability to develop and maintain Project Plans, Instructions, and Registers. Experience with records and information management, preferably in a Defence environment. Working with limited guidance, demonstrating initiative and responsibility. Knowledge of US export controls including ITAR, FMS and DCS controls highly regarded.
