Program Coordinator (Health Manager Level 2) Role : Temporary Full‑Time Exempt (up to June 2027) based in Chatswood and St Leonards with hybrid flexibility. Salary starts at $114,251.00 plus 12% Super and 17.5% annual leave loading, with up to 12 extra days off per year and four weeks annual leave, plus salary packaging, meal allowance, fitness passport and other benefits. About the Opportunity As a Program Coordinator for eHealth NSW’s Workforce Systems Transformation (WST) Program, you will advance healthcare delivery by improving HR systems and workflows for employees, managers, recruiters, candidates and HR teams. The role provides high‑quality administrative, coordination and project support to ensure smooth program operations. In This Role, You Will Deliver project management and support services, including preparing reports, coordinating resources, maintaining documentation and monitoring project plans to meet scope, time, budget and quality requirements. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation to support reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, working groups and committees to support effective information flow and project delivery. Support the completion, maintenance and reporting of project and programme documentation, working with stakeholders to meet governance and compliance requirements. About You Extensive experience coordinating and supporting complex ICT/digital projects within large, multifaceted organisations. Proven ability to manage project schedules, risks and issues, including identifying and mitigating potential challenges. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated experience working across high‑volume project portfolios while maintaining quality and customer focus. Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in project coordination, ICT/digital delivery or related fields.
