Overview Part Time Bookkeeper – Not-for-Profit | Brisbane (Inner North) Work with purpose in a supportive and community-focused organisation. I’m currently partnering with a well-respected not-for-profit organisation based near the Brisbane CBD who are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their close-knit team. This position offers the chance to take ownership of end-to-end bookkeeping and payroll for a portfolio of members, while enjoying a friendly, flexible, and values-driven workplace. This is a perfect opportunity for those seeking flexible, part-time employment or those on a student visa. The Opportunity Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the full bookkeeping and payroll function across a number of small not-for-profit entities. You’ll work autonomously, managing accounts, reconciliations, and payroll processing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities End-to-end bookkeeping including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliations Full-function payroll processing and reporting Posting journals Superannuation and ATO liability reconciliation and payment Month-end support Liaising with internal managers, members, and external accountants About You You’re an experienced and hands-on Bookkeeper or Payroll Officer who enjoys variety and ownership of your work. You’re organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a small team setting.
