You will oversee both strategic and operational functions — including revenue growth, team leadership, service diversification, client partnerships, and hands‑on recruitment when required. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Lead the development and implementation of growth strategies to continued business growth. Drive transformation across service lines, systems, processes, and market positioning. Partner with the Managing Director on organisational design and long-term planning. Grow permanent recruitment revenue. Lead and grow a team, scaling as performance milestones are met. Implement KPIs, coaching frameworks, and performance management. Build a culture of excellence, compliance, and accountability. Operational Excellence Standardise processes, implement quality frameworks, and leverage systems. Ensure award compliance and IR/regulatory requirements. Oversee day-to-day operations and recruitment workflow efficiency. Business Development & Client Engagement Drive new client acquisition and key account growth. Lead preferred supplier negotiations and SLA management. Hands-On Recruitment Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring service quality and compliance. Lead recruitment activity across financial services, IT and business support specialisations. About You 7–10 years in recruitment with progression to senior leadership. Proven experience rebuilding or transforming a recruitment business. Strong financial, commercial, and analytical capabilities. Highly skilled in BD, client relationship management, and team leadership. Strategic thinker with the discipline to execute.
