You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to develop financial models, evaluate commercial opportunities, and shape innovative solutions that support our clients and communities. As a Senior Commercial Analyst in the ASPAC Commercial team, you’ll make a positive impact by: Developing and refining financial models for new business opportunities Supporting pricing strategy, subcontractor negotiations, and bid governance processes Managing cost modelling consultants and contributing to supplier engagement Undertaking commercial analysis to support new market entry and investment decisions Enhancing modelling tools, data libraries, and process improvement initiatives Collaborating across legal, HR, operations and technical teams to validate assumptions Ideal Skills & Experience Your ideal skills & experience: A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or a related discipline Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, including comprehensive cash‑flow and three‑way financial statements Excellent analytical, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously and adapt to fast‑changing priorities Commercial and bidding experience in large or complex projects CA / CPA or progress toward an internationally recognised accounting qualification (Desirable but not necessary) Benefits & Culture Serco is a place for you.
