The team commences day‑to‑day project management, conducting thorough market and feasibility analyses to ensure strong, consistent returns for investors. The Role The Senior Commercial Analyst supports the Investment & Development Commercial Manager and the broader Team with key strategic decision‑making and financial performance reporting. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis of capital works & development projects, and feasibility analysis for acquisition opportunities. Your Background and Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, property, finance, economics or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CA, CPA or CFA) preferred. Proven experience as a Financial Modeller in the property industry or a related field. Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting for development projects. Ability to work flexibly within a team‑oriented environment, meeting tight deadlines under pressure. Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem‑solving skills. Ready to invest in what matters?
