Business Overview ISPT’s Funds Management function plays a pivotal role as the primary connection between ISPT and our investors. The team’s expertise extends to new investment product creation, investment analysis, asset allocation, portfolio curation and fund performance optimisation to drive sustainable financial growth. The Role The Fund Analyst supports the Fund Managers and Deputy Fund Managers to achieve or exceed performance objectives through timely and insightful analysis, communication and investment decision making in accordance with ISPT Policies and Procedures. The primary focus will be on the flagship $16 B Core Fund, while collaborating with analysts on other ISPT funds and mandates. Your Background and Experience Strong academic achievement in finance, property or a related undergraduate degree Prior experience in a relevant finance sector, with preference for analytics experience in funds management, property or infrastructure advisory, corporate finance, project finance, lending or investment banking Experience in specialist areas such as business case formation, feasibility and risk analysis, asset/portfolio valuations, discounted cash‑flow analysis, complex Excel modelling, and coding (Python) is beneficial but not essential Working knowledge of property valuations is beneficial but not essential Employment Details Employment Type: Full‑timeExperience Required: 1+ yearsVacancy: 1 EEO Statement IFM Investors is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive culture.
