Business Overview ISPT’s Investment and Development function is responsible for realising the inherent value within our existing portfolio. The team is committed to driving development initiatives to maximise returns for our investors while actively pursuing new opportunities for our Funds. Day‑to‑day, the team takes on project management responsibilities, conducting thorough market and feasibility analyses. The Role The Senior Commercial Analyst is responsible for supporting the Investment & Development Commercial Manager and the broader Investment and Development Team with key strategic decision‑making and financial performance reporting through consistent, timely and accurate contributions to budget, forecasting and financial analysis of capital works & development projects. This role will be required to support the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive budget and forecasting processes and feasibility analysis for all capital works, development projects and acquisition opportunities. Your Background and Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, property, finance, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (CA, CPA or CFA) is preferred. Proven experience as a Financial Modeller in the property industry or a related field. Strong proficiency in financial analysis, particularly budgeting and forecasting for development projects. Ability to integrate within a flexible, team‑oriented environment. Flexible work style and the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
