The Role The Senior Fund Analyst is responsible for supporting the Fund Managers and Deputy Fund Managers to achieve or exceed the performance objectives, through timely and insightful analysis, communication and investment decision making and in accordance with ISPT Policies and Procedures. The primary focus will be on ISPT’s flagship Fund, the $16B Core Fund which holds a diversified portfolio of 80+ assets, although the role will also work in collaboration with other analysts and senior analysts covering ISPT’s other funds and mandates. Your Background and Experience Strong financial modelling expertise with at least four years of experience in undertaking advanced financial analysis. Interest in applying qualifications and experience to significant operational and capital investment decisions relating to real estate. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Valuations, Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Finance or similar discipline. Naturally curious but importantly translates this curiosity into ideas and superior outcomes. A self‑starter – someone who understands the role in the context of the team and actively delivers valuable outcomes to improve efficiencies and the quality of investment decisions. A people person – someone who collaborates well with others, is interested in working in a team environment. Demonstrated experience writing, coordinating and project managing assignments, presentations, investor reports and investment papers.
