The Gaming Services Host role reports directly to the Gaming Services Supervisor and you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and providing a positive and memorable guest experience through proactively engaging with our guests. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and thrive in the Premium Gaming team. A few of your responsibilities Sign up memberships, meet and greet guests across the private gaming floor areas Promote and provide feedback on all customer related service programs. Clearly always demonstrate to customers and team members a commitment to service excellence through the effective implementation and delivery of the Star Values. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business. Handle customer service queries and concerns with diplomacy and tact and provide appropriate responses in line with established SOPs including escalation of issues as required.
